My Role: UX/UI Design Lead

Project: When a New York Times subscriber's payment method is near its expiration they will be alerted throughout the site. However, once users reach the manage billing page there wasn't an evident path forward. The focus of this project was to provide customers with clear directions and an easy path to update their payment.
